Korean food fans are in for a treat this month, with McDonald’s outlets across Singapore launching the Seoul-themed Spicy Chicken and Spicy Beef burgers.
Both of the new burgers are characterised by McDonald’s unique spicy Korean sauce, made with signature ingredients used in Korean delicacies.
Seoul Spicy Burgers
Both Seoul Spicy burgers also contain fermented soy bean paste, sesame paste, soy sauce, chilli peppers, red paprika and garlic. The grilled 100% beef or chicken patty is also glazed with special spicy Korean sauce.
The burger is served with Romaine lettuce, mixed vegetables, and creamy slaw, and is stacked in between a bun featuring black pepper and white sesame toppings.

Some Singaporeans’ reactions of the new burgers are as follows.
Said Ryan Tee on McDonald’s Facebook page, “It’s super spicy. Eat until perspire.”
