With Covid-19 having disrupted the lives of many people and brought about uncertainty, REACH Community Services is now in overdrive mode to reaching out to those in need. With this charity run, they hope to raise $250,000 through 5,000 participants.

Participants can choose to contribute $30 or $50 and then run or walk a distance of either 3km or 5km from now till 21st December, at any time, place and location of their choice.

The registration fees of $30 or $50 apply to both categories.

To join the run and become one of REACH Community Services’s ambassadors of hope in doing so, you first need to register and donate to the event, upon which you will receive a confirmation email.

Then upon successful receipt, you may do your run or walk anytime during the submission period, and record your activity with any GPS tracking app.

Apps that are eligible may include Runkeeper, Strava, MapMyRun, Garmin Connect, Google Fit and Adidas Running.

Once your activity has been verified by the organiser, you will receive your entitlements.

The $30 entitlements are a finisher medal. $50 entitlements are a medal and a finisher t-shirt.

We may not be able to run or walk together physically, but by taking part in this event virtually, participants can look forward to an exciting and meaningful time – in supporting a good cause much larger than themselves.
