This July, be passionate and inspired to run. Read Chan Meng Hui’s story and Podium winners

To date, I have two books that have been published and both are currently available to buy.

Runner Chan Meng Hui’s story

Earlier this month, I published my second book, about 89-year-old Chan Meng Hui, an avid marathon runner in Singapore who completed a total of 101 marathons before he passed away from pneumonia a few years ago.

My book, which tells the story of Chan, from his early days as a heavy smoker and drinker, to his transformation into an avid marathon runner and how he fell in love with the sport, will inspire you to lace up your shoes and go outdoors for a run.

Chan was definitely quite a character and I feel privileged to have had the chance to know him as a friend.

I hope that you will be inspired by Chan, as I have been.

Podium tips from race winners

As well, my first book, a compilation of blog posts from my award winning blog prischew.com, shares tips from race winners who have constantly graced the podium at Singapore running events.

These men and women may be regular podium winners in the Singapore running circles, but unlike many elites who run for a living, they have jobs and families, which they juggle alongside high-level running training.

In this book, they share tips on how they are able to juggle their lives so successfully and still have time to do everything.

Surely they will inspire you to get out there for a run.

This is still available for purchase if you have not yet had the time to check it out.

Where to buy the books

For those residing in Singapore, please email me at pris.angelz@gmail.com if you would like to buy one book, or both books. They are $8/copy (Singapore dollars).

Otherwise these are available via Amazon at the following links:
