Located in the heart of Chinatown, Parkroyal on Pickering is offering a prosperity buffet feast filled with authentic flavours, as well as fortune and goodwill, to see in the Lunar New Year.

Feast of Fortune and Goodwill at Lime
Taking place from 27 to 30 January, you can welcome in the Lunar New Year with delicious foods such as:
- Steamed Red Group with Chef Fei’s Secret Sauce
- Har Lok Jumbo Tiger Prawns
- Shredded Abalone Sea Treasure Soup
- Drunken Prawn in Herbal Broth
- Crispy Suckling Pig (only on 27 January)
There will also be Asian inspired pizza creations such as Bak Kwa & Pork Floss Pizza, as well as Sambal Stingray. Other delicacies include Oven Baked US Prime Ribs, Pan Seared Foie Gras with Caramelised Apple & PassionFruit and HomeMade Maltagliati Pasta with ScallopXO Sauce.
For dessert, tuck into Asian delights such as HomeMade Bean Curd with Black Sesame Sauce, Eight Treasure Carrot Cake and Pan Fried Nian Gao. There will also be an Orange Chocolate Fondue Fountain – adding a touch of prosperity to the standard chocolate fondue fountain.
In addition, free flow of beverages will be available, and those who wish to toast to the New Year can purchase a bottle of Mumm Champagne at a promotional price of SGD 88++ per bottle.
Lunch Menu Also Available
While 27 January is only open for dinner, guests who prefer lunch, however, can tuck into Parkroyal on Pickering’s lunch buffets on from 28-30 January between 12.30pm-4pm.
For Large Tables
Guests with six or more persons can pick between Steamed Red Garoupa with Chef Fai’s Special Sauce or the Cantonese Har Lok King Prawn – and these will be brought personally to your table by the chef.
Bookings of ten persons or more will get a Pen Cai on the house – in addition to their choice of Garoupa or King Prawn.
Salmon YuSheng
A Prosperity Salmon YuSheng will also be part of Lime’s Chinese New Year celebratory meal and will be priced at SGD48++ for four to six persons or SGD88++ for eight to 10 persons. After all, a Chinese New Year celebration is not complete without a prosperity YuSheng dish.
For a premium choice, though, you can substitute the Salmon with Yellow Tuna, Hamachi or Top Shell for an extra SGD20++, or Abalone or Blue Fin for SGD38++.
