This year, you can do your part for charity – by taking part in the scenic Siem Reap’s Angkor Wat Half Marathon – “One Team – One Race – One Day.”

By signing up for the race, and running or even walking the distance, you will be supporting the Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC). This is a non-profit hospital that provides free, high-quality compassionate care to all Cambodian children.

All money raised from “One Team – One Race – One Day” will support the 150,000 kids treated each year at AHC.

Three different distances and a unique race route in a World Heritage Area

Held during the weekend of 6 to 7 December this year, the Angkor Wat Half Marathon features three different distances to cater to runners of all abilities – a 21Km Half Marathon, a 10Km route and the 3Km Fun Run.

The course for all these three distances is very unique, because the race route goes inside the World Heritage area and there are plenty of well-preserved ancient temples along the route. So history buffs will certainly feel at home here.

Besides running the race, you will also get the chance to learn more about AHC and Cambodia, whist you are there.

If you are not a runner but you still want to do your part to help, you may also choose to be a volunteer on race-day itself.

How To Register

To register for the race, click this link and select either Individual Registration or Team Registration. The total cost for race registration is $100 per person – regardless of whether you are registering as an individual or a team. This price that you pay includes your race registration, commemorative One Team – One Race – One Day t-shirt and the race festivities after the race.
