Live Healthier with Great Eastern’s New GET GREAT and LIVE GREAT Platforms

To empower Singaporeans to live healthier and better, Great Eastern recently launched to digital platforms – GET GREAT and UP GREAT.

The two wellness digital platforms are the latest additions to the company’s Live Great programme, to deliver on their brand promise to help Singaporeans to live healthier, better and longer. 

Said Ryan Cheong, Managing Director, Strategy and Transformation, Great Eastern, “Our aim is to make insurance an enjoyable, everyday experience. Great Eastern is the industry pioneer in championing health and wellness through our innovative Live Great programme and the programme has achieved tremendous success.”

He continued, “With the launch of GET GREAT and UP GREAT, we are adding new dimensions in building relationships with our customers beyond just insurance, to everyday interactions and experiences. Designed with the user first in mind, these platforms can be downloaded easily from the Apple or Android App Store for free and are available to everyone.”

The first of its kind wellness platform complete with a personalised wellness coach called GERI, the GET GREAT platform is powered by artificial intelligence and offer 24/7 personalised coaching to nudge users towards achieving their wellness goals.

This is because Great Eastern understands that changing age-old habits is not easy to achieve on one’s own without external support, and that subtle social nudges are important to make achievable and sustainable changes.

Said Cheong, “GET GREAT is designed to help users achieve their health and wellness outcomes. We recognise that maintaining good health is important to many Singaporeans. As a market leader and Singaporeans’ preferred insurer, our purpose is to help the community at large with their financial protection and wellness needs.”

The nudges that users can expect, include special wellness challenges that they can take part in to get more points for better benefits and rewards, as well as wellness programmes ranging in difficulty from Lite, Intermediate and Turbo.

Customers can be rewarded every month on the GET GREAT platform. With every 500 points, customers can receive a $5 voucher or a $10 voucher with every 1000 points. 

Points can be earned by walking a minimum of 8000 steps daily (20 points), doing 50,000 steps in a week (50 points) and doing weekly weigh ins (10 points). Special events can earn up to 200 points.

GET GREAT will be available to everyone, but Great Eastern customers will enjoy additional tiered up rewards and benefits.

On the other hand though, UP GREAT is a single mobile platform for customers to seamlessly enjoy their loyalty benefits and rewards digitally, whenever and wherever they choose. 

Users can look forward to several attractive rewards and deals to save money via UP GREAT, from Great Eastern partners such as Samsung, Krispy Kreme, Nanyang Optical, Made Real, Yole, Cat & the Fiddle and Hello Kitty Orchid Garden, just to name a few. Daily Bonuses are available too, where customers can win vouchers supported by Great Eastern’s key partners. 

As well, customers can also choose to transfer rewards and benefits to family and friends quickly and seamlessly.

    I could not connect my GetGreat App to Samsung Health App for the past 8 days!

    What is the issues? May I know how to resolve this problem and will my points be gone!
