Last Thursday, renowned worldwide beer manufacturer Kronenbourg 1664, celebrated their 350th birthday with a huge celebration for invited guests and their friends.

A popular beer that uses French brewing techniques
A popular French Lager style beer that is very smooth and fragrant to the taste, Kronenbourg’s company slogan, very aptly, is ‘The French art of pleasure.’ So their brewing techniques are very fine and drinkers can indeed take pleasure in tucking into this very smooth beer.
A section of KPO had been closed for the party
For the party, a section of the KPO Café Bar (formerly the Killney Post Office) was closed. This was definitely a venue that had a great ambience amidst the natural urban setting near Singapore’s bustling Orchard Road.
There was plenty of little tidbits at the party.
I had been invited to this party and I had attended it, together with a small group of my friends.
Had enjoyed the fun and playful atmosphere at the party
I must say that we definitely enjoyed the fun and playful atmosphere of the party from the start. We were taken aback by the cheerful noise and fun camaraderie amongst other party guests, from the moment that we had stepped into the party venue.
There was an interesting photo booth for us to take fun shots as soon as we had walked inside. Clowns and can-can girls were also on hand, to provide some entertainment and to playfully tease the party guests.

Plenty of free-flow beer and delicious nibbles
There was also plenty of beer, together with the delicious nibbles. They gave us free flow of both their Kronenbourg 1664 Larger as well as the Kronenbourg 1664 Blanc, to drink.
For the nibbles, these had included deep fried chicken wings, as well as delicious tidbits such as fried calamari and diced pieces of fried chicken. Like the beer, Kronenbourg was also very generous with dishing these out to guests and we were invited to take whatever we wanted.
Other fun fringe activities
Other fringe activities that were organized at the event, had also included caricature drawings, live music and dancing. Occasionally, the playful and energetic can-can girls would pull up unsuspecting guests to dance with them on the makeshift stage – and that had been pretty fun to witness, as well.
The can-can girls are great entertainment!
Too busy having fun that we forgot about the time
As a whole, this party was certainly an enjoyable one. Despite it being a Thursday night with many of us having to work the following day, my friends and I were so busy having fun and talking – that we had completely forgot the time. In fact, I’ll admit that by the time we finally got up to leave, it was quite late.
