Star Studded Line-up of Gourmet Michelin Chefs at a Bigger, Bolder Twenty3 at F1 Singapore GP

A bigger, better and bolder-than-ever Twenty3 is returning to the Formula One Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix – with a brand new line-up of Michelin starred chefs, trendy food and drink experiences, a whisky and rum speakeasy, the circuit’s only nightclub and unparalleled trackside views amidst a lush, secret garden oasis.

Twenty3 is named after the final corner of the Marina Bay circuit

Named after the final corner of the Marina Bay Street Circuit where it is located, Twenty3 boasts superb views of the F1 cars as they race towards the finish line. 

And Twenty3 guests can choose to enjoy the F1 action in the comfort of the restaurants or outdoor viewing galleries, or head to the rooftop terraces boating spectacular views of the Singapore skyline, podium celebrations and fireworks.

Said Shamini Suppiah, Director, Corporate Sales, Singapore GP Pte Ltd, “Fans can easily curate their own itinerary over the weekend with an entirely different experience for each day.” 

Continued Suppiah, “Guests can sample Portuguese cuisine one day and Kyoto fare another day, satiate their sweet tooth at the dessert bar and unwind with a whisky. The possibilities are endless.”

Five Michelin-Starred chefs

To whet the taste buds of guests, there will be five Michelin-starred chefs preparing their legendary cuisine. 

One of these will be Chef Massimiliano Mascia of two Michelin-Starred restaurant San Domenico in Italy, who will showcase contemporary Italian dishes including Marinated Amberjack with Fresh Vegetables and Crispy Prawns with Spinach, Toasted Sesame and Balsamic Mousseline.

Grilled Wagyu with Seasonal Vegetables

As well, Chef Takagi Kazuo from two Michelin-Starred restaurant Takagi from Ashiya, Japan, will prepare dishes that elevate simple Japanese ingredients into exquisitely plated dishes. Some of his signatures are Grilled Wagyu with Seasonal Vegetables and Sio Koji Marinade Salmon. There will also be a isakaya on site where costumers can enjoy yakitori skewers with a selection of Japanese sake, whisky, beers and cocktails.

And not to be missed, Chef Tiago Bonito from Largo do Paco, a One Michelin-Starred restaurant in Portugal, will be reinterpreting classic recipes that pay homage to his roots whilst incorporating unique ingredients. Some of his culinary highlights will include Veal Of Milk with Smoked Celery, Asparagus and Madeira Wine and Sea Bass Crustaceans “Xerem”, Seaweed and Champagne.

Local and international flavours on offer

Local favourites such as Mee Siam, Laksa and Satay will also be available, thanks to luxe-casual alfresco dining eatery Bay Terrace, as well as an assortment of international cuisine such as that from London’s famous Burger & Lobster.

And dessert lovers can check out Prague’s Good Food Coffee and Bakery, which will be serving up their colourful chimney cakes paired with ice cream.

Artisanal drinks

As well, artisanal drinks including Coffee & Tonic Mocktail, Ondeh-Ondeh Iced Latte and Iced Pandan Chiffon Tea will be available, courtesy of Taverns Tea.

Whisky

Whisky is available courtesy of La Maison du Whisky, and will feature an exceptional selection of 23 Scotch whisky and speciality rums in a cosy and intimate environment.

Apex Lounge

After the action is over, for those who don’t want the night to end can hang out at the Apex Lounge, the only nightclub within the circuit – where guests can revel in top dance hits from their resident DJs.

At the same time, the Apex Lounge will also be serving up sweet treats by award winning Patissier Philip Khoury from Harrod’s Knightsbridge as well as pastry chefs Eddie Stewart and Min Chai from N2 Brunch Club.

Exclusive ferry services

Moreover, exclusive ferry services will also ply between the Bayfront North Jetty and Twenty3 – this is the only lifestyle facility at the F1 Singapore GP, to offer this service as part of the ticket.
