Shares some race etiquette tips with fellow runners
To gear runners up for the race, Dr. JiaJia, who is one of the SCMS Ambassadors this year, shares some race etiquette tips with his fellow runners.
These include the following:
- When you are overtaking another runner, let him or her know that you are passing with a friendly shout to inform him or her to keep left because you are overtaking from the right
- If you are running together with a group, do not have more than two abreast so that other faster runners can pass.
- When you are pouring water over your head to cool yourself down during the race, make sure that the water does not get all over your fellow runners as well
- Do not suddenly stop along the race route and take selfies, because it is inconsiderate and may block the path for fellow runners

I wonder why there isn’t any audio on my iPhone when I played the YT video…
It’s working perfectly on my iPhone and my Macbook. Strange.
Bummer! Somehow the hardware mute button was switched on! 🙂
LOL 😀
